Year End Class Presentations
Monday, May 10th, 2010Instead of a year end concert, we will be having year end class presentations on the last day of classes, June 17th. Level 1 will be at 5 pm and Level 2 will be at 6 pm.
Classes Begin January 7, 2010

New Classes
Wednesday, July 15th, 2009There will be no classes in Fall 2009, since I am expecting a baby! Classes will resume in January 2010. Registration is ongoing – please contact me via e-mail if you are interested or have any questions.

JAMIE POPOWICH: Bachelor of Music Diploma of Fine Arts in Kodály Education |
I have a BMus majoring in Elementary Education from the University of Calgary, as well as a DipFA in the Kodály Concept of Education. I have also completed my Introductory Orff Certification and regularly attend Kodály workshops to further my education. I am a member of the Alberta Kodály Association and serve on the board as treasurer. I teach music at a Calgary Montessori Preschool, designing and implementing their music curriculum. I am also the director of the Mount Royal Children’s Choir, Arietta. I have taken private piano and voice lessons and sung in various choirs, most recently the Calgary Philharmonic Chorus. I am married and have three boys, a five-year-old, a three-year-old and a new baby! I love music and love children!
